Principal Mode

AI as your own staff.

Your AI staff takes over the operations and the upkeep. What is left is what no one can do for you — to decide and to create.

I’m interested

I teach solo professionals to work with AI as infrastructure for long, complex projects.

01 / Human
Principal

Thinks, decides, gives instructions out loud. Holds the direction and the strategy.

02 / AI
Chief of staff

Keeps the overview, manages files, carries out tasks and brings back reports.

01 Limitwhy the usual approach fails

Powerful AI — but no continuity.

You use AI every day, yet each time you start from scratch. You open a new chat, define the context, explain your role. After a few rounds you get a usable result. A week later you repeat the whole process.

The problem is not AI’s capability. The problem is that nothing you create with it has any continuity.

If you feel you keep hitting this limit when working with AI and lack a lasting project memory, Principal Mode is the method built exactly for you.

02 About mewho stands behind the method

I am a researcher and an entrepreneur. I run long projects that last months and years — research, grants, books, companies.

I hit the same limit you do — and instead of hunting for “guaranteed prompts,” I built my own system. Today I run several projects in parallel and go deep on each, because everything I work out with AI stays in my infrastructure.

03 Use caseswhen this is for you
CASE / 01

A stuck start

You are facing a new project and the first step is missing.

Principal Mode helps you move from a hazy idea to a clear structure and a workable plan.

CASE / 02

Cognitive overload

You have more projects open than you can keep in your head.

Principal Mode brings order to your agenda. The system takes over holding the context, and you let go of having to track things your AI staff can keep for you.

CASE / 03

A capacity ceiling

You have a project you enjoy and want to go deeper — or you would like to take on another.

Principal Mode frees your hands for both — by delegating the operations you gain room for strategic work.

The course is designed specifically for the Claude ecosystem — it uses chat, projects and its agentic tools as a single coordinated infrastructure.
04 What I doupdated: 05/2026
Format A · courses

Courses in Principal Mode

I teach one key shift: stop seeing AI as just a text generator and start operating as a principal with your own staff. You think, decide and give instructions out loud. Your AI staff keeps the overview, manages files, handles the routine and brings back reports.

I offer the courses in two formats — a short, intensive introduction to the method, and an in-depth six-week program in which you build this infrastructure directly on your own project. The pilot run takes place in summer 2026; the first paid run is planned for autumn 2026.

Format B · collaboration

Collaboration on projects

For larger undertakings I am open to working directly with you — I will help you design your AI infrastructure, get a project off the ground, or get you past the point where you are stuck. My capacity is limited, but if this interests you, write to me.

05 The coursewhat the course covers

Six weeks of live work on your own project, in three phases.

From a shift in stance, through operations, to infrastructure you take with you. Each phase has a tangible output.

Phase 1

Stance

The most essential step: stop being the one who does everything and become the principal — the person who gives instructions, holds the direction and checks the outputs.

OutputYour first real run in the principal’s seat.
Phase 2

Operations

How to talk to AI, when to merely think alongside it and when to let it work on its own — and how to turn a one-off conversation into a space that holds your context even a month later.

OutputA lasting project space that does not start from scratch every time.
Phase 3

Infrastructure

A system you build once and move to a new project in an hour. You own it — and you can take it with you, out of any single tool, at any time.

OutputA replicable infrastructure that is yours.
06 Comparisonthis is not a course about prompting

Most AI courses sell a skill. This one sells a role.

A role that stays valid no matter how the tools — or the years — change.

Other courses
  • Teach prompting techniques that quickly go out of date
  • The goal is writing text faster
  • Every project starts with an empty window
  • AI is treated as just a tool
  • You leave with a list of prompts, not a system
Principal Mode
  • Teaches a role that works with any model
  • The goal is an architecture you can replicate on any project
  • AI holds context across months, not just one session
  • AI is treated as a Chief of Staff
  • You leave with a system that grows with the project
  • Operations and upkeep move to AI — your time goes to strategy and creation
